Don’t allow the few of us to
do more for your freedoms in a day
than the many of you
do for your own freedoms in a lifetime.
Those that sit back and watch their
country burn are just as guilty as those
that piled up the timber and set it ablaze.
This one goes out to all those that will look a Patriot right in the face and say, I don’t have time to help save the country, besides, I’ll be ok.
As we take back our Constitution, as we pull the Constitution back out of the trash can, as we unwrinkle it and tack it back on the wall, I am certain of one thing. I for one am going to find it far easier in my heart to forgive the politicians for going astray for the many years they did then I am going to be able to forgive those that just sat on the sidelines waiting to see which side of our fight for freedom wins.
On both sides of this battle for freedom are those that just watch. These people make me sick. They don’t make me sick to my stomach. They make me sick to my heart. I don’t care if making the next statement causes there to be more resistance to our war against the degradation of our Tenth Amendment and our Constitution.
If you want a central government that tells you how much money you can keep, what you will think, where you can go, what you will eat, what you will do and especially how your doctor will treat you, then stand up and stand up now and fight for the right to be a socialist country. Don’t just sit on your fat ass and hope that is what shakes out in the end.
But if you’re a free loving, want to decide how your life goes, Patriotic, love the Constitution American, then get your butt out of that chair, put down the beer, turn off the television and fight for your country before it is too late. Join us. Attend the rallies. Get yourselves, your friends and your families involved.
Have the ability to look your children and their children in the eye and say “I stood up for what I thought was right”. That is what being a real American is all about.
Our monetary system is intentionally being destroyed by those in control for their personal greedy power grabbing purposes. Our tax dollars are being spent on cocktail parties being held on a weekly basis in the White House. Meanwhile the ignorant masses are incited into riots and class warfare for the purpose of creating smoke screens, smoke screens to hide the undermining of our Constitution and the destruction of our country.
Gazillions of our dollars are being spent on more of the same pork Bills of the past that we were promised would come to a stop. And most of these new Bills seem to have been injected with steroids. Most of these Economy Saving Stimulus Bills have been nothing but campaign contribution payoffs.
The purposeful-destruction-of-our-economic-system’s evil plan is beginning to unfold as we see the Federal Government taking control over our financial institutions and our largest manufacturing industries.
Under Bush the banks were forced to take bailout money they didn’t want.
Under Obama the banks were being stopped from returning the money.
The federal government is in overdrive stealing your rights away from you and taking over power of every aspect of this country and the world.
The problems in this country right now are not Bush’s doings.
The problems in this country right now are not Obama’s doings.
The problems in this country right now are all of the electives that “We the People” have deficiently put into power and that “We the People” keep looking to, asking them to change things. They aren’t going to change things back to the freedoms that people remember having. It’s not within their power grabbing agendas.
The problems in this country right now are the direct cause of a free people constantly looking beyond themselves for solutions by saying “Why doesn’t the government do something about it?”. In a free country, the people do for themselves not wait for the government to do. To be free to enjoy the fruits of one’s labors, one must be willing to labor for the fruits.
History, again, is repeating itself.
Last year’s google eyed fantasy was just another moment in our world’s history were the down trodden masses followed blindly the promises of reward. Not only did we see children singing praises, we also saw adults weeping because the Messiah had come at last.
In just the last hundred years we have seen many blind mass followings in other countries. Stalin did it in Russia, Mussolini did it in Italy and Hitler did it in Germany. Each one of these times the masses sang praises to these men. These are the ones we have learned about (but our schools don’t teach us all the details). How many times has this hypnotic state been repeated in places that we have not heard of, or listened to. I am sure this has happened in many of the smaller nations of Africa (Uganda? Rwanda?), I know it is happening south of our border and let’s not forget China.
And in each of these countries there were thousands, even millions, of people who died. I am not talking about the poor dying of starvation. I am not talking about armed forces dying in battle. I am talking about the middle and the upper classes, the people who had the power of fighting back, they were exterminated.
The same agendas are being planned and carried out right here in our United States. Our brain-washed children are being indoctrinated and will soon be forced into government servitude. Our laws that were put into place to protect us from such evil are being destroyed.

Unconstitutional Bills are being passed to take over more control of our lives and more importantly over our children’s future. Criminals are being appointed to high offices. All the while the President cracks jokes on the Tonight Show.
Americans, true Americans that believe in the constitution, need to stand up and speak out now about saving the Constitution.
I’m not talking to people that feel that the federal government is there to save them and feed them.
I’m not talking to people that think it is ok if the Federal Government steal from one person to give to another as l long as they get their “fare” share.
I’m talking to Americans that have common sense.
I’m talking to Americans that can tell right from wrong.
Stop thinking of the President as a “rock star”. The position is not, nor was ever intended to be, a popularity contest.
Americans need to get away from the hoopla of who is running for President. The real change we need in Washington comes from our representatives.
Americans need to get there attention off from their quad-annual beauty contest and start paying more attention to the days in between.
We are constantly having our attention misdirected into believing that electing a President who promises “change” will solve our problems, all the while constantly reelecting the same career Congress people right back in and then wondering why things just keep getting worse.
Our taxes keep going up, the same unsuccessful spending practices continue and the federal government keeps getting bigger while they continue inacting more unconstitutional control over our lives.
We are constantly promised more cabbage for our support yet we consistantly recieve sauerkraut.
Ask most people who they voted for as their representative and all you will get is a blank look. I haven’t yet found a website that accurately lists the percent of Congress that were reelected the last election, but I believe it was almost 90%.

Just in case you don’t know it, the United States Tax code, the tax code all Americans are required (not constitutionally) to submit their lives to under threat of imprisonment or death, the tax code which is totally unconstitutional, is over 80,000 pages long.

Get the constitution and read it as soon as you get it. Take 20 minutes out of your busy life and read the genius of your founding fathers. See how their intention of keeping you free worked. But understand it worked for a very short time. I say short time because you were not born free unless you are in the neighborhood of 140 years old. And even if you were that old, you lost the freedoms you were born with a few unconstitutional loses at a time until now they are almost all gone.

Stop and think about the last vote you made for President. Was your finger guided by any of the principles within the Constitution?
Stop and think about what you expect from the President you have or would have put into office. Are these expectations included within the Constitution?
America, you got to wake up. We have a short time before we have the opportunity to replace the people in Washington that will actually make changes, the changes we need before our country is gone.
In November, “We the People” have the power to replace all of our Representatives and one third of our Senators. Read the Constitution, contact your Congress People, research how they stand on Constitutionality. Vote them in or out accordingly.
“Representative” in our constitution and our government means one thing, they who represent “We the People”. The genius construction of the Constitution dictates how our Representatives are supposed to represent us. Our Representatives are no longer representing in the ways the Constitution tells them to do.

Bills are to be started in the House of Representatives. The Bills are to be created by those that have only the people’s objectives as their guide.
Presently most of the bills that are being signed into unconstitutional (illegal) laws are not written by the Congress, hell Congress isn’t even reading them. These bills are being written by special interests groups and even criminals.
Further, the genius construction of the constitution gives “We the People” the power of replacing our Representatives every two years if we feel that these Representatives are not making decisions in accordance to our will.
So what do the ignorant masses do? Every four years they get all riled up and think they are going to elect change. They get all riled up because they are fed till they are jam-packed with promises. They get lost in the frenzy that is deliberated by the Lying Trash Media and the Lying Trash Brain-Dead in Hollywood.
The main stream Lying Trash Media is owned and run by those that have their own agendas in mind when it comes to the stories they fill our brains with. It is the most corrupt entity that can be imagined. The main stream media no longer investigates the true crimes being perpetrated upon the citizens. The Lying Trash Media reports only stories that they want us to hear.
The bulk of the population also listens to these people when they start pointing their fingers at individuals. They point their finger at President Bush and say all the things happening now are his fault. They pointed there finger at President Reagan. Generally they point there finger at anyone that didn’t sit back and promise free gifts to the needy from the government.
Don’t be surprised if they point their finger at Obama during the next election. Don’t be surprised if they claim that we were all doped into believing the promises. Don’t be surprised if they claim the person they support at that time will come through with the promises. This corruption has been going on for a long time and will never end. All we can do as citizens is be vigilant and stop this corruption at every opportunity.
We all need things. The job title of the United States Government has nothing to do with giving us these things. The job title of the United States Government includes only giving us military protection and the opportunity to earn these things ourselves. It has nothing to do with giving us what we need, or want, to manage our personal lives. It has nothing to do with forcefully stealing from one to give to another.

Then comes 9/11 and the loss of many of our rights through the Patriot Act.
There is a lot of theories and plenty of films and documentaries shedding light on all the possibilities that 9/11 was orchestrated. These orchestration theories do seem to fit in to the power grab that is taking place right now, not only President Bush but including President Obama in his first two months in office. If there is any weight to these theories it is much larger than any President.
And the biggest piece of evidence that gives weight to the possibility is that this type of thing is nowhere near to being new. And if what issues were discussed at the world conference doesn’t scare the hell out of you, then put another DVD in, watch another movie and stop reading.

Obama is apologizing to the world for all of the guilty American people and hob knobbing with country leaders that would just as soon nuke us. The words of President Bush I “A New World Order” is closer to becoming a reality and Obama is leading the way. The words “New World Order” was not originally those of Bush one, search them, they have been spoken by many for many years. Even Walter Cronkite, the “most trusted man in news” spoke enthusiastically about the New World Order”.
Many of the events taking place in the world right now are frighteningly full of evidence that they are being perpetrated for the purpose of ushering in the New World Order.
Many of the events taking place in the world right now parallel too closely to events in history to not consider that they might be being repeated purposely for the same goals.
Pirates of the Mediterranean

IN the autumn of 68 B.C. the world’s only military superpower was dealt a profound psychological blow by a daring terrorist attack on its very heart. Rome’s port at Ostia was set on fire, the consular war fleet destroyed, and two prominent senators, together with their bodyguards and staff, kidnapped.
The incident, dramatic though it was, has not attracted much attention from modern historians. But history is mutable. An event that was merely a footnote five years ago has now, in our post-9/11 world, assumed a fresh and ominous significance. For in the panicky aftermath of the attack, the Roman people made decisions that set them on the path to the destruction of their Constitution, their democracy and their liberty. One cannot help wondering if history is repeating itself.
Consider the parallels. The perpetrators of this spectacular assault were not in the pay of any foreign power: no nation would have dared to attack Rome so provocatively. They were, rather, the disaffected of the earth: “The ruined men of all nations,” in the words of the great 19th-century German historian Theodor Mommsen, “a piratical state with a peculiar esprit de corps.”
Like Al Qaeda, these pirates were loosely organized, but able to spread a disproportionate amount of fear among citizens who had believed themselves immune from attack. To quote Mommsen again: “The Latin husbandman, the traveler on the Appian highway, the genteel bathing visitor at the terrestrial paradise of Baiae were no longer secure of their property or their life for a single moment.”
What was to be done? Over the preceding centuries, the Constitution of ancient Rome had developed an intricate series of checks and balances intended to prevent the concentration of power in the hands of a single individual. The consulship, elected annually, was jointly held by two men. Military commands were of limited duration and subject to regular renewal. Ordinary citizens were accustomed to a remarkable degree of liberty: the cry of “Civis Romanus sum” I am a Roman citizen” was a guarantee of safety throughout the world.
But such was the panic that ensued after Ostia that the people were willing to compromise these rights. The greatest soldier in Rome, the 38-year-old Gnaeus Pompeius Magnus (better known to posterity as Pompey the Great) arranged for a lieutenant of his, the tribune Aulus Gabinius, to rise in the Roman Forum and propose an astonishing new law.
“Pompey was to be given not only the supreme naval command but what amounted in fact to an absolute authority and uncontrolled power over everyone”, the Greek historian Plutarch wrote. “There were not many places in the Roman world that were not included within these limits.”
Pompey eventually received almost the entire contents of the Roman Treasury “144 million sesterces” to pay for his “war on terror”, which included building a fleet of 500 ships and raising an army of 120,000 infantry and 5,000 cavalry. Such an accumulation of power was unprecedented, and there was literally a riot in the Senate when the bill was debated.
Nevertheless, at a tumultuous mass meeting in the center of Rome, Pompey’s opponents were cowed into submission, the Lex Gabinia passed (illegally), and he was given his power. In the end, once he put to sea, it took less than three months to sweep the pirates from the entire Mediterranean. Even allowing for Pompey’s genius as a military strategist, the suspicion arises that if the pirates could be defeated so swiftly, they could hardly have been such a grievous threat in the first place.
But it was too late to raise such questions. By the oldest trick in the political book, the whipping up of a panic, in which any dissenting voice could be dismissed as “soft” or even “œtraitorous” powers had been ceded by the people that would never be returned. Pompey stayed in the Middle East for six years, establishing puppet regimes throughout the region, and turning himself into the richest man in the empire.
Those of us who are not Americans can only look on in wonder at the similar ease with which the ancient rights and liberties of the individual are being surrendered in the United States in the wake of 9/11. The vote by the Senate on Thursday to suspend the right of habeas corpus for terrorism detainees, denying them their right to challenge their detention in court; the careful wording about torture, which forbids only the inducement of “serious” physical and mental suffering to obtain information; the admissibility of evidence obtained in the United States without a search warrant; the licensing of the president to declare a legal resident of the United States an enemy combatant — all this represents an historic shift in the balance of power between the citizen and the executive.
An intelligent, skeptical American would no doubt scoff at the thought that what has happened since 9/11 could presage the destruction of a centuries-old constitution; but then, I suppose, an intelligent, skeptical Roman in 68 B.C. might well have done the same.
In truth, however, the Lex Gabinia was the beginning of the end of the Roman republic. It set a precedent. Less than a decade later, Julius Caesar, the only man, according to Plutarch, who spoke out in favor of Pompey’s special command during the Senate debate — was awarded similar, extended military sovereignty in Gaul. Previously, the state, through the Senate, largely had direction of its armed forces; now the armed forces began to assume direction of the state.
It also brought a flood of money into an electoral system that had been designed for a simpler, non-imperial era. Caesar, like Pompey, with all the resources of Gaul at his disposal, became immensely wealthy, and used his treasure to fund his own political faction. Henceforth, the result of elections was determined largely by which candidate had the most money to bribe the electorate. In 49 B.C., the system collapsed completely, Caesar crossed the Rubicon “and the rest”, as they say, “is ancient history”.
It may be that the Roman republic was doomed in any case. But the disproportionate reaction to the raid on Ostia unquestionably hastened the process, weakening the restraints on military adventurism and corrupting the political process. It was to be more than 1,800 years before anything remotely comparable to Rome’s democracy imperfect though it was rose again.
The Lex Gabinia was a classic illustration of the law of unintended consequences: it fatally subverted the institution it was supposed to protect. Let us hope that vote in the United States Senate does not have the same result.
Stop believing that all the problems we are having in this country right now are the fault of Bush. Stop thinking these problems are the result of the Republicans or the Democrats. The problems in this country that we are all experiencing are the fault of the people allowing their Republic to be destroyed a piece at a time and turning over more of their Constitutional given rights to the elected.
If you take only one idea away from reading this then let it be this one:

The problems we are all experiencing in this country are the fault of the ignorant lazy masses wanting for free things handed over to them by their government (including security). They want these free things even if they are stolen from others. They believe that this thievery is justified as long as the government passes a law that makes it “legal”.
The deterioration of our Constitution started way before 9/11.
Our country was founded by incredibly intelligent people. I hear a lot of talk lately (by idiots) about how the constitution is outdated. I also hear a lot of talk lately about how the constitution should be dismantled. How ignorant can people be?
Thomas Jefferson and the rest of the builders of the constitution wrote the Constitution in the 1780s. That was less than 240 years ago. They were intelligent enough to look at long term history in relation to their own time. Let me see, I believe that means they were looking at about 6,000 years of civilization, give or take 500 years. They came up with a country’s plan to make the people free, to form a more perfect union, to establish justice, to ensure domestic tranquility and to secure the blessings of liberty by comparing what previously did work and what didn’t work.
Hundreds of countries around the world have existed far longer than the U.S.A. has existed. Some of these countries have been in existence for three, four or even five times as long as the U.S.A. has been. For some unknown reason, millions of people from those countries want to come here to live.
For those that didn’t recognize the sarcasm, the reason is not unknown. There are two reasons and two reasons only that all these people come from these other countries. They come from these other countries because our country has two things that their countries don’t have.
Their countries have all the same elements to produce whatever they want to produce. Their countries have all the same resources to grow what they want to grow. Their countries have all the people to get the same things done in their country that they come here to get done.
What are the two things their countries don’t have?
Our Constitution and our Free Market System.
In our relatively short existence, we have been the center of world finance. We have been the center of world commerce. We have been the center of world peace.
No, I am not overlooking some of our government’s policies which are world dominating in nature. The constitution does not support these practices or spell out that our government should be undertaking them. In fact just the opposite is true.
If you have sat back and watched while these things were happening and you have not written your Congress on every event, then the finger needs to be pointed back at yourself (and myself). Don’t condemn our constitution for these actions.
Our country was set up as a group of separate sovereign states (I believe that is what is meant by “United States”, it’s not “United America”) with a central protecting federal government, not a central controlling federal government. It was set up that way so that people were in full power about how they wanted to live.
If people wanted to live in a more controlling state, they made their state government more powerful. If they wanted to live in a more free state they made their state government less powerful.
We in Ohio are not supposed to be paying for California’s problems; California is not supposed to be paying for ours.
The ignorant masses think that the constitution should be dismantled, and not surprisingly, the federal government is leading the charge.
My favorite phrase that I have heard about the rewriting, or let’s say the destruction, of the Constitution is:
“They didn’t even wait until the ink was dry before they started rewriting it.”
This ignorant statement refers to the amendments and that they were added as a hind thought.
Nothing is further from the truth. The Bill of rights was added by the States to further restrict the powers of the Federal Government before the states accepted the Constitution.
Here is something the schools “forgot” to teach you.
The Preamble to the Bill of Rights

begun and held at the City of New-York, on Wednesday the fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.
THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.
RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, two thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following Articles be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all, or any of which Articles, when ratified by three fourths of the said Legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution; viz.
ARTICLES in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution.
The main body of the constitution spells out how the federal government was to be formed, what it was to do for the individual states and limited their power over the states.
The second section of the constitution set up the powers of the people over the Federal Government, they were called amendments. These were called amendments for the purpose of the people having the ability to change, or amend as time dictated the necessity, their power over the Federal Government. The Amendments were not intended for the purpose of the Federal Government having the ability to change the Federal Government’s power over the Free States or the free people.
Is it that hard to understand the term “We the People”?
Oops stupid me, I forgot something. How could I be right about this statement I just made? Could it be because the first ten amendments were known as:
“The Bill of Rights”
And what was placed as the last of the amendments that the founding fathers wrote? It was the amendment stating that the United States government had no more powers than what were included in the constitution thus far.
The Tenth Amendment is written so clearly:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it (it refers to the Constitution, not the Federal Government) to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The constitution clearly spells out here that the Federal Government is limited to the powers granted it by articles one through seven. It allows them no other powers: nix; nil; nada; nothing. All other powers are granted to the people and their respective states.
The most amazing thing that I see in the constitution is that, of all things, the only place in the constitution that it even mentions the Federal Government creating anything additional is Article One, Section Seven:
All Bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives;
but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.
This is the only place in the Constitution that gives the Federal Government power to create any laws and it says only one thing about those new laws, that they would be Bills for raising revenue.
I must also mention that the Federal Government does have power to create laws that prevent one state from harming another, but this is a limited grey area without direct interpretation.
And guess what? The only powers the Constitution gives the Federal Government on spending our money is to pay themselves, protect us from outside forces (invasion), protect us from internal forces (shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government) and protect us from state to state destructiveness.
No other powers are mentioned in the Constitution that I can find giving the Federal Government power over our possessions or our lives. Most everything else in the Constitution dealt with interstate commerce, imports, exports and immigration.
Article five gives the Congress the power to add amendments to the constitution. The amendments section of the Constitution was the section that gave the people’s rights over the government.
Many will argue this point but take in mind that the first ten amendments were added as a group. This group was added a mere 4 years after the constitution was approved. Also take in mind that it took about ten years to write the constitution in the first place. It took time back then to communication and get all involved in agreement plus being a Congress Person was not their full time job. Taking 4 years to decide the amendments was a relatively short amount of time.
The practice of amendments being used only for changes to the people’s power over the government, not for changes to the government’s power over the people, was continued for another one hundred and twenty six years. It was not until Woodrow Wilson (much research is needed here to confirm, but so far it seems that Wilson is the president who was, by far, until recently, the guiltiest of treason, or should I say breaking his oath to protect the Constitution which is treason). Wilson not only is guilty of constructing the unconstitutional foundation we know as The Federal Reserve (it is privately owned, not Federal and it is not a reserve, there is no collateral in the reserve to back the money they “lend” the country), but right after Wilson went into office the sixteenth amendment went into effect.
Wilson wasn’t even a career politician. His election can be attributed to the heavy campaign contributions he received from bankers, the same bankers that he had already promised that he would sign in the Federal Reserve act.

And a small side note here: Why does the Mercury Dime, minted in 1916 during Wilson’s Reign, have the symbol of Fascism on the back? And have you taken the time, most of you haven’t because you are just soooo busy, to learn something the schools didn’t teach you? Do most of you reading this know that before the Second World War the bulk of the world population adored Mussolini?
No you don’t know these things. The government doesn’t want you to know. Sean Penn doesn’t want you to know. Michael Moore doesn’t want you to know.
Taft actually proposed the sixteenth amendment, but Wilson signed it into law only a few weeks after he took office, and there is a lot of controversy over whether it was ever legally ratified. There is much evidence that this ratification was never legally voted on by the states where by the constitution dictated that three fourths of the states had to agree to it.

Most of this discussion in my opinion is needless. Plain and simple fact is that the sixteenth amendment is totally unconstitutional in nature, period.
The sixteenth amendment reads quite short and simple:
The congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
This amendment not only was the first amendment that changed the way amendments were previously used, but also this amendment was the first to unconstitutionally change a very important part of the Constitution as it was originally written.
It changed Article one, Section 2 where it was stated:
Representatives and “direct taxes” shall be “apportioned” among the several states..
“In the United States, the term “direct tax” for the purposes of constitutional law means a tax on property “by reason of its ownership” (such as an ordinary real estate property tax imposed on the person owning the property as of January 1st of each year) as well as a capitation (a “head tax”). In U.S. constitutional law, an “indirect tax” or “excise” is an “event” tax. In this sense, a transfer tax (such as gift tax and estate tax) is an indirect tax. Income taxes on income from personal services such as wages are also indirect taxes.
Apportioned in the Constitution means to divide among the states based on the relative population of each state to the total population of the union.
Yes, abolishing the unconstitutional IRS would mean that property tax would go sky high to get us out of this trouble and pay down the debt until we could get the country back in financial control.
But guess what? Most of these higher costs would go to those nasty rich that everybody wants to hang from trees lately. The costs would then be passed down to us in the form of goods. But guess what? These costs would then allow you as an individual to decide whether to buy the goods or not. Are you that stupid that you would rather have the government dictating to you?
But guess what else would happen? Government would shrink and it would shrink big time.

Giving the power to the Federal government to steal from one person to give to another is not only unconstitutional, it is immoral.
There is not a giveaway program in existence that the people agree is a worthy one, that wouldn’t do better by itself without the Federal Government being involved. Not one!
If your bleeding heart is so big that you feel a particular charity or welfare program should be supported, it is up to you as an individual to contribute. That is the definition of freedom. The Federal Government as the “middleman” only costs more money and robs those funds of equity.
Fund raising benefits are legal and Constitutional. Fund raising benefits get a larger percentage, by far, of the funds raised to the giveaway organizations than the government ever has or will.
Fund raising benefits inspire giving, taxes don’t.
If the people of a state agree, ignorantly I must add here, that a tax or fee should be paid by everyone in that state to support a giveaway program within that state that is Constitutional.
This gives the people the right to move out of that state to avoid the taxes or fees and gives the people the right to move into the state to take advantage of the giveaway programs.
If the state fails because more of those that have move out of that state and more of those that want move in, that would indicate that the giveaway program doesn’t work and shouldn’t be in existence. It would indicate that there wasn’t a majority of the people that had the funds to give being in agreement to being part of the giving.
THAT IS THE DEFINITION OF FREEDOM!
Having the people that want the benefits taking part in the decision of what is to be taken is not freedom and is not constitutional nationwide.
If the state is successful enough to build roads and beautiful cities, then that is fantastic, it will attract more people to move in.

If the Federal Government decides, under the power of Congress, not the President, to build an infrastructure of highways for national security or to build a military for national protection, that not only is Constitutional, it is their job.
Just the act of writing the sixteenth amendment and approving it was treason performed by all those involved and all those enforcing it. Even up to today it is treason to enforce this amendment. Every President, every Congress Person, every Judicial person, I believe every Lawyer, every Law Enforcer and the list goes further, every one of these people take an oath to uphold the constitution. Right now your “leaders” in Washington are committing treason right under your nose (taking an oath to protect the constitution and then trying to destroy it is treason, look it up). They are committing crimes against the Constitution daily. They are actually proposing to pass laws that will take over private corporations. California is actually trying to outlaw cars of certain colors. This is in direct violation of the constitution (well to correct myself, California can make any law its citizens want, that is constitutional, but letting their state’s government control what color car they drive is just idiotic).
The federal government is trying to take control of every aspect of our lives and the brainwashed idiots across this country are sitting back, concerned with their insignificant individual life issues, and allowing these controls to take place with the disguise of getting free things while letting our children’s future being affected in ways that we can’t even imagine.
I watched the HBO movie about John Adams. I recall most from that movie the scene where John Adams goes to England to see King George. It was amazing how intelligent King George was shown to have been and how he was able to look into the future so accurately. King George said to John Adams, “Now that America has their freedom, I hope they can hold on to it”.
So, how much longer will we be holding on to our freedom?

We are kept busy with our lives to help hide what is being done. Many of the issues that are decided on by our government are done on weekends or the dead of night when we aren’t paying attention. Many of the issues are expressed as being so urgent that our Congress is not given the time to read what they are voting on and threatened with serious reprisals if they don’t vote for them.

What the hell is that?
Do the idiots that vote on these bills not even stop and realize that the bills they are voting on are to become laws that the people are going to have to follow or pay for? Are they so lazy that they feel it just isn’t their job, that the ridiculous pay they are ripping us off for isn’t enough to demand that they read laws before they agree to put them into action? Or are all of these people part of the criminally unconstitutional government that has infested Washington, and don’t forget our local governments too.
Many of the issues thrown out in front of us are a facade to cover up the real issues. The bailing out of AIG was a crime to the American People. The money should have never been given, but Congress gave it anyway. Congress knew the whole time that the bonuses were going to be paid.
Chris Dodd’s wife works for a company in Bermuda owned by AIG. Chris Dodd received money from AIG. Was Chris Dodd’s house on the bus tour? Was Chris Dodd’s family threatened with violence? Has Congress gone after Chris Dodd to get the money back from him? Is Chris Dodd going to have to pay 90% tax on the money he received?
The answer to all the above questions is no!!!
Chris Dodd is directly involved with AIG getting our children’s money and he is directly involved in AIG’s bonuses being allowed.
Then Congress allowed the lying trash media to enrage the ignorant masses, labor unions and ACORN members to protest against the recipients of the bonuses. Iowa Senator, Chuck Grassley, actually issued a statement that the AIG executives should commit suicide. This helped feed the rage of the uninformed public into protesting and threatening harm to the AIG executive’s families. All of this was not only a crime it was also a decoy so that no one paid attention while another trillion of our dollars could be wasted in supposedly securing our future by monetizing our debt. Monetizing of our debt is going to be another nail in the coffin in the death of our dollar.
And that is just one of many government deceptions that we all need to get more informed about. On all of the following issues I am only taking time to scratch the surface or this correspondence would be a book.

In the disguise of protecting us from contaminated food, organic gardening, even by the private home grower, is under fire here in the U.S… Bill HR 875 is presently being decided on.
I find it extremely coincidental that in the same time period, of a few years, of the construction of this Bill that the number of Salmonella cases has increased drastically. Call me a conspiracist, but I find it awful coincidental. Don’t we already have highly tax paid entities in place that should be sufficient to protect us if they were doing their job properly? I have to wonder if they have not been ordered to slack off.
Growing your own food may soon be illegal. Organic farming may soon be illegal by anyone. It may soon be legal for a government official to inspect your backyard to make sure you are complying. Much of the real threats, that this bill has many people alarmed over, are not yet included in this Bill nor not yet revealed that I can see. I have spent as much time as I can, including visually scanning the Bill
to see what the real threat here is, and I haven’t actually found it. Many are making a big deal about this Bill.
The main threat I found in it was the definition of a food establishment:
(13) FOOD ESTABLISHMENT
(A) IN GENERAL- The term “food establishment” means a slaughterhouse (except those regulated under the Federal Meat Inspection Act or the Poultry Products Inspection Act), factory, warehouse, or facility owned or operated by a person located in any State that processes food or a facility that holds, stores, or transports food or food ingredients.
(B) EXCLUSIONS- For the purposes of registration, the term “food establishment” does not include a food production facility as defined in paragraph (14), restaurant, other retail food establishment, nonprofit food establishment in which food is prepared for or served directly to the consumer, or fishing vessel (other than a fishing vessel engaged in processing, as that term is defined in section 123.3 of title 21, Code of Federal Regulations).
(14) FOOD PRODUCTION FACILITY- The term “food production facility” means any farm, ranch, orchard, vineyard, aquaculture facility, or confined animal-feeding operation.
In my interpretation of this, any food production facility could mean an apple tree in your back yard and would only be excluded from having to be registered. The rest of the Bill is pretty strong in language and government power. As usual, if this Bill passes, the real objectives will not be reached right away. More will be added later a little at a time. The wording in this Bill HR 875 gets the government’s foot in the door of total control. This is the way our unconstitutional government we have in place works.
Monsanto is in the process of, and is almost successful in, totally controlling all food grown on the planet. More research is needed on Monsanto. I have seen evidence that they are also trying to replace the world seed supplies with their own genetically altered species, which in many cases has tragic results.
Monsanto is fighting hard to outlaw seed cleaning.
“What do I care about seed cleaning?” you ask.
Seed cleaning is the act of taking old crops (crops that generations have been grown in the same soil and climate) and harvesting the seeds to plant the next season.
Monsanto wants the whole world to rely totally on their hybrid seeds. These seeds do not reproduce grow able seeds. These seeds need to be purchased every year.
Cross pollination of real (naturally evolved over millions of years) plants with fake plants (such as hybrids produced by overzealous companies like Monsanto) are endangering natural plant species. The natural production of seeds is being threatened. They are threatening the future supplies of food.
Crops grown from seeds from previous generations are an essential part of maintaining the health of crops. Crops that have evolved in certain areas (surviving through droughts, diseases and pests) over many thousands of years have natural defenses for surviving. But no one wants to admit that as being the problem, and the government is right in the middle of this telling people it isn’t their fault and all they need to do is give the government more power over their lives and the government will help them get out of their bad decisions.
Most banks right now will work with people who can prove they have used common sense and who are falling on hard times, providing the people are making reasonable efforts to make amends.

There are states right now planning to constitute Martial Law. Maintain the 2nd amendment:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
There is no explanation or interpretation needed for the Second Amendment, but the link will explain it anyway. It clearly tells the people that neither the central government nor the local government will hold the power to take away the right of the people to point guns at their government and limit their power over the free people just as the government points guns at the free people and tell them what they will obey. As is repeated throughout the Constitution, this is a balance of power.
The writers of the constitution were the people that were in power at the time they were writing it. They studied past civilizations and understood that the greatest threat to a free country was the government having all the power. So to insure the freedom of the United States in the future, they wrote in to the constitution the right of the people to arm themselves against their own government “to the security of a free state.”THIS INCLUDED THE CITIZENS OF THAT TIME TO HAVE THE RIGHT TO POINT THEIR ARMS AT THE PEOPLE WRITING THE CONSTITUTION!
The second amendment has absolutely nothing to do with hunting. The second amendment has absolutely nothing to do with protecting homes.
Every day we are sickened by the news of how the government (our so called justice system) allows murderers to walk on the streets. WHY? One reason is that our jails are full of drug users.

I recently saw on television that in California, a merchant selling Medical Marijuana was under scrutiny by the local authorities. This merchant was breaking no California laws. The Merchant was following all regulations on how he was handling and selling his products. The “communistic” local law enforcer gave up on stopping him with local laws so he asked the Federal law enforcers to step in and they destroyed the man’s business and life. He has been sentenced to a quite lengthy jail stay. Both the local law enforcer and the federal law enforcers are the ones that need to be thrown in jail.
And back to the issue about the murderers getting back on the streets.

Trust me on one thing, the only reason you haven’t had the plastic pollution of our oceans rammed down your throat is because presently our government is receiving enough lobbyist money to suppress it and in the future we will be seeing some kind of tax to supposedly have the government find a solution to it. But presently there is hardly any mention of it because the Cap and Trade Bill is still being pushed through and when it does watch out for any bank accounts you still have left.
The plastic pollution of our oceans has far more potential of destroying life on this planet than global warming does. We are also filling our waters with invasive species. We are introducing new plant species to our landscapes. Some of these are by accident but many are just to feed our ego by trying to make our yard look better than our neighbors. We are also cutting down the rain forests at an astounding rate.
These are just a few of the issues that we are faced with today, and yes they shouldn’t be ignored. All the people of the whole world have to take them seriously for it to make a difference. Giving government power over the people is not the answer. If we aren’t intelligent enough, as a group, to watch our surroundings and not destroy ourselves, then we are doomed. History has shown over and over that powerful governments are not the answer.
Many of these problems are being perpetrated by those in power for the sole purpose of the centralized government seizing more control over our lives. These government seizures of control are atrocious violations of our constitution.
The constitution of our country is no longer being protected by the President; it is being destroyed by him. The President is breaking his oath of office almost on a daily basis.

I am 90% convinced that our whole economic situation right now has been perpetrated by our government purely as a power grab.
Now I am not painting this all as an Obama policy. I am not painting this all as a Bush policy. I have seen evidence that this goes way back, at least to President Wilson and very possibly back as far as Teddy Roosevelt. Who knows, I sure don’t, yet.
I have seen plenty of things that would convince most people that those controlling the Federal Government orchestrated 9/11, but I’m not yet a total believer.
I’ve seen things that would convince me that Bush’s grandfather, Prescott Bush, had JFK killed. If there ever is enough to convince me of either or both, I personally will be petitioning my grandchildren to make sure their grandchildren never walk freely on this planet seeing as this would mean they have drastically effected the way my grandchildren will live.
I myself find it extremely hard to accept many of the theories that are out there about world domination and especially on how long the mega-powerful have been fighting for it. I do feel that every person needs to educate themselves in all factions so they can be more prepared to pay attention to their world around them.
The more I see, the more I believe. But, to make myself clear, I have a ways to go before I believe everything in the documentaries included in our video library (click on them on the right bar). I am extremely skeptical of trusting our government, but then, I am also skeptical of believing everything on film that some radical group has thrown together.
If Hollywood can make the movies it pumps out on a weekly basis that convince us even that dogs can speak, then that means that there are people that can put these documentaries together in a convincing way. Some of these documentaries are made by people that have over-active imaginations.
Every one of these documentaries is based on some fact. The question is how much of these facts are twisted and added to for the sake of reaching an agenda. Education can only help us watch out for signs of things to come; it can only hurt if the person watching these videos processes the information improperly.
What is worse is not allowing information to be noticed.
Anyway, next time you don’t really feel like watching a movie you have already seen five times, click on one of these and watch. I beg all not to swallow them 100% but I also beg that you take the time to watch them.
One of the many pieces of the puzzle I see in the Obama Deception that falls into place is that the Bilderberg Group meets in the U.S. every four years. That’s awfully coincidental that it is always during an election year.
And even more coincidental is that the research I have followed up on so far shows that there was no viable proof where Obama and Clinton met, other than they meet elsewhere in Washington, and that there disappearance together did coincide with the Bilderberg’s Washington meeting.

The Bilderberg Group, Bilderberg conference, or Bilderberg Club is an unofficial annual invitation-only conference of around 130 guests, most of whom are persons of influence in the fields of politics, business and banking.
The elite group meets annually at luxury hotels or resorts throughout the world, normally in Europe, and once every four years in the United States or Canada. It has an office in Leiden in the Netherlands. The 2008 conference took place in Chantilly, Virginia. And the 2009 meeting will take place from May 14-16 in Athens, Greece.
I am not saying that the loss of control of our world is The President’s fault. I am not saying that it is Congress’ fault. Hell, this may be totally our fault.
For far too long the loud mouth minority, the lazy – want everything for free – portion of this country, have made enough noise that government has listened.
I, for one, didn’t vote for years. I didn’t vote because I didn’t follow the issues and didn’t feel I should vote ignorantly. Well now we are seeing the results of the lazy practices of all of those feeling the same way as me and not paying attention to our world around us. I now know it takes work and it takes vigilance to keep our freedoms as our forefathers knew them.
The price of freedom is truly eternal vigilance.
Now is the time for the silent majority, the hard working (want to do it ourselves) portion of our country to stand up and set this overpowering government back in its place.
My goal is to play a part in getting all Restore the Republic members, Glen Beck 912project members, Rush Limbaugh listeners, Campaign for Liberty members and all other patriotic groups to join in the patriotic movement and get noticed by Congress on election day by handing the most of them their pink slip. My goal is to be part of uniting the Real American people in getting their representation back in Washington.
We must take back this country in a peaceful and Constitutional way.
We must show the rest of the world that Democracy is supreme.
We must show the rest of the world that our Constitution is the only way to be free.
We must show our government that the United States of America is still the Republic of the United States of America that our founding fathers designed.
We must educate our government that the definition of Republic is government ruled by law.
We must educate our government that ”Rule by Law” does not mean the people of a Republic are ruled by laws (even though we need laws to protect civilized life).
We must educate our government that ”Rule by Law” means the government of a Republic is ruled by restrictive laws that keep their power within boundaries.
