GET OUT OF MY COUNTRY
It is very noble of Americans to want the other parts of this world to live the same free life that we are living here in America. One of the problems of that idea is that we are living in a hypnotic state if we believe that, even for a second, the wars we have fought have anything to do with freedom for those people. Every war of more than recent history has been a corporate war, not a freedom war. I am not sure if we have had anything but corporate wars since 1900.
General David Sharp said in 1966:
“I believe that if we had and would keep our dirty, bloody, dollar-soaked fingers out of the business of these [Third World] nations so full of depressed, exploited people, they will arrive at a solution of their own…. And if unfortunately their revolution must be of the violent type because the “haves” refuse to share with the “have-nots” by any peaceful method, at least what they get will be their own, and not the American style, which they don’t want and above all don’t want crammed down their throats by Americans.”
The bulk of American Citizens are asleep at the helm and even a typhoon won’t wake them.
The bulk of American Citizens are willing to sell their freedoms for a few scraps of wealth. The funny thing is that the biggest supporters of the tyranny in our country are sitting on their fat behinds waiting on a stimulus check that is not coming.
Sadder yet is the number of American Citizens that have willingly and blindly sold their freedoms for the fraud of security which has been perpetrated upon them by the Lying Trash Federal Government.
So I have a message to all that have lost the love for their great country, the United States of America.

If you are not happy with the United States of America as a country of freedoms, then:
GET OUT!!!!!!!!
Go to a country that is the way you want the U.S. of A. to be.
Stop changing the only country of its kind into a country that copies one of the myriad of unsuccessful “free” countries that already exist.
Stop selling my freedoms for your share of 30 pieces of silver.
And I am talking to everyone: from the homeless living in a bag on a Kroger’s parking lot: all the way up to the President.

The only light that can be shed on this is that “We the People” still have time to stand up to our local governments and insist that they in turn stand up to the Federal Government.

This site will also continue providing educational information to those that seek the truth in how the Constitution was constructed. Hopefully this education will help to save our freedoms. It is amazing how simple the instructions in the Constitution were laid out for Americans to use it.
It is sad that Americans just can’t understand the plain English in which the Constitution was wrote.
It is also sad that Americans just don’t realize that they have a Constitutional duty to preserve the Constitution in its entirety for future generations.
The Lying Trash  Federal Government has infiltrated our sovereign states and our schools to the point that they have brain washed our children into believing that the Constitution is a living breathing document that needs regular change to keep up with the times.
These children have grown up to accept the losses of their freedoms under the disguise of greater security.
These children have grown up to believe that the tax structure is ok as it exists. They have grown up to like taxes and believe it is Patriotic to pay them.
They believe this because they have been conditioned into expecting help from the Federal Government to solve all of their daily life problems. They believe that it is ok for the Federal Government to steal from one person so that they will receive “their share” of those stolen goods.
Thomas Jefferson said:
“I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.”
Let me interpret that for you.
Stop running to the Federal Government to solve your problems. The Constitution spells it out in plain English. Your State has the power to do whatever the occupants of your State wants your State to do. Stop giving the Tyrannical Federal Government more power over your State.
I will no longer be pouring my resources into the attempt of gathering local people into a group for the purpose of waking the brain-dead. I will no longer be pouring the time I could be spending with my family into physically trying to lead people into the path that our genius for -fathers laid out for us in the Constitution. I will go back to writing my book and I will spend some time on building this site. I will silence my voice and speak through my keyboard.
The other sites that I have included to the right are sponsored by good, well meaning and hearts-in-the-right-place people. I encourage all to explore them.
Some of these people however are still being influenced by those that just don’t get it. Don’t let this statement take away any of the respect that these people deserve, just understand that I feel that there are issues that are a huge stone wall that we just can’t get through.
In my opinion the largest obstacle that we face in returning our freedoms to past levels is that we are constantly kept in fighting mode. There are so many issues that we face on a daily basis and so many people just can’t seem to throw those issues aside and focus on the main issue, the destruction of the Tenth Amendment.
A perfect example is the E-mail dialogue that I had with Toledo AM Radio talk host Brian Wilson. I have listened to Brian for some time now and have not agreed with 100% of his ranting. I have, however, recognized him as an intelligent American speaker. For the most part his ideas of freedom are right on the mark.
But, obviously, this guy was one of those kids that always had his lunch money stolen in school and now he needs to strike out in revenge. He even strikes out at friendly voices.
He speaks out about freedoms and the Constitution but yet when he shows up unarmed to a battle of I.Q.s, his only recourse is to start calling names and he holds promised group links on his station’s website as hostage. The ransom he demands is total submission in accepting his wisdom (or maybe it’s his loss of authority he fears). Not to mention, in my opinion, any purchase made at his gathering should be made with a credit card because refunds then are a merchant requirement.
Evidently he thought I was trying to rain on his parade. Just the opposite is true. He can keep all the audience that helps in keeping his skirt blown up.
If anyone out there likes what I write or likes my ideas and wants to be famous with them, or get stoned for them (stoned as in rock throwing) then speak out. Send me your E-mail address. I am not at all interested in fame or fortune; I just want my country back and seem to understand how to get it back more than most.
Problem is most of America is being led by those that are far more involved in their own ego than are they involved in bringing people together in fighting one cause. Rush Limbaugh is defiantly an example of this. Glen Beck has a better handle of things but still doesn’t speak out enough about the real cure.
I don’t claim innocence of maintaining my equanimity in the following exchange, my frustration in the matter definitely exposed itself.
People we need to ban together no matter what our differences are.
Even the website links that I have provided above are groups that I don’t see eye to eye with on but a few issues. Even though we don’t agree on things, I would be proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with these people if it becomes necessary to do so to repel the overgrown Federal Government from our states.
And I must mention that my main objective to including Brian Wilson above is the hope he reads it and is inspired to contact me and we can start afresh, he has my number.
Another example is how our brains are infiltrated by crap on a daily basis by the Lying Trash Government and the Lying Trash Media.
The Lying Trash Government forced the Unread-by-Congress, Stimulus-rip-off into being signed under an emergency threat of Martial Law if it wasn’t passed.
We are being herded into corrals like frightened cattle with one emergency after another.
We are constantly scared into submission by the Lying Trash Media. The Lying Trash Media is scaring us into watching their News shows purely to sell their advertising agendas.
Recent to the writing of this was a hostage incident in Toledo. What was the first thing that was heard on the News? “Hostage situation in Toledo, schools locked down?” How many panicked parents distressed over where their children were?

The man never left the property where he took the hostage. The police had him cornered and were negotiating with him well before the News made any announcements. This was not mentioned during the news bulletin.
Two schools in the area were locked down. Most likely the purpose of the lockdowns was the threat of stray bullets if gun fire occurred. No details were announced except that schools were locked down. The Lying Trash Media didn’t mention which ones, didn’t explain that the man was not in a school nor did they mention that there were only two schools locked down.

In the same few days around this story is the Swine Flu epidemic. In Mexico where the people are starving, sickly and WOW where they have Socialized Medicine (the Lying Trash Media hasn’t told you that one), many deaths have occurred. Then the announcement is made that the first death in the U.S.A. has happened due to the Swine Flu.

Oh, did they forget to tell you that the 23 month old child that died in Texas came to Texas for medical help from MEXICO. Probably not until their 11:00 News shows.
The Lying Trash Government is scaring us into submission to pay their taxes (global warming anyone?) and to submit to their agendas (health care?).
And one instance that needs to be mentioned on this subject.
I for one don’t accept any explanation by the Federal Government of Air Force One buzzing New York City. This was purely the Obama administration using scare tactics.
No matter what explanation or apologies are issued, the people of New York suffered trauma and were scared out of their wits. No matter what the Obama Administration says about it, no matter how the people of New York feel about it now. The objective was reached.
Whether it is more fear of another attack from another country, or whether it be more fear of our own government, the objective was reached. People were frightened even further into submittance.
And by the way “The Spokesman for The Lying Trash Government” didn’t come out and apologize for the scare. Just the opposite. “The Spokesman for The Lying Trash Government” came on the air and joked about how the children of “The Spokesman for The Lying Trash Government” had taken the keys and gone for a joy ride. Isn’t that just so funny.
Recently a story has surfaced where an FBI agent paid foreigners to bomb synagogues to instill fear. This, I am sure, was not a lone FBI agent. Keeping everyone’s fear at a red hot level is the goal of our Government and the FBI is just a pawn in that game.
So let’s test everyone’s knowledge of history. Who is the author of the following statement?
“An evil exists that threatens every man, woman and child of this great nation. We must take steps to insure our domestic security and protect our homeland.”
Was it:

B. U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft
C. Homeland Security Czar Tom Ridge

I did. But I was wrong big time just like you are wrong. The answer is E, none of the above.

Just like frightened livestock we are being herded into corrals for the purpose of our freedoms being slaughtered. Like frightened cattle our Constitution is tromped on and lately that practice is in hyper drive.
In my opinion the Constitution should be renamed. The new name should be “The Tenth Amendment”. The Tenth Amendment was the statement of all statements; no other has or ever will equal it.
The Tenth Amendment is written so clearly:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
No other 28 words have ever been, nor will ever be, so impactful in describing freedom to human beings. No other government on this planet, past present or future, has or will, give a greater gift to its people than our founding fathers did in writing the Tenth Amendment.

The marches on Washington are great in idea. They show the numbers of people that are of the like mind.
I was’t one of them.
These marches on Washington are worthless. No analogy needed. They are worthless.
The marches of the late sixties about Viet Nam accomplished nothing for the long run. World interference and government controls are still the agendas of the world’s elite.
“These elite are not elite in intellect.
They are the elite in their own minds.
They come from evil ancestry with deficient genes.
They just can’t stand knowing they are lacking in intelligence.
They hate all that don’t submit to their own uselessness in making a better world for themselves.”
The Chicago Seven accomplished nothing but a long drawn out court hearing.
The earth day protests of also the sixties and seventies have accomplished very little compared to the environmental problems we face today (don’t even get started on Global Warming driven Caps and Trades).
People! Understand the Tenth Amendment.

An extreme percentage of this country is afraid of our government and unwilling to stand up to it. They are unwilling to take back what is rightfully theirs. They are unwilling to force the Federal Government back to its Constitutional size.
But more alarming is that the bulk of this country is bent on the destruction of the Republic of the United States and putting a Socialistic Dictatorship in its place.
I hope they have fun with that.
As long as these people are unable to understand what they are headed for (most would require this education forced into their brain with a syringe), their paths won’t change. The path to the total destruction of our Constitution will continue.
As long as the bulk of Americans are willing to sell their children’s future freedoms and accept a monetary exchange for it, our country is doomed.
The bulk of the American Citizens feel that the tax structure we have now is just fine, I have been told that on countless occasions. The reason for this opinion is that these people file a tax form every spring. The amount they receive back in the form of a refund check is generally larger than the amount that they pay throughout the year. They submit to the loss of  their freedoms purely to receive this yearly payoff.
Those that don’t get back more than they pay in also feel that this refund is a great thing because they don’t own the fortitude to put a small amount aside out of their check each week into a savings account. Even if the amount they get back is less than they pay in, the refund check is met with great expectation. They submit to the loss of their freedoms purely to receive this yearly payoff.
I anticipate with great vehemence the wailing of these same people when they find out what they have done, when they realize it is too late to go back to their life as it was in a free America.
I am not saying I look forward with joy of our countries continued destruction. I am saying I look forward to my revenge to the ignorant idiots for destroying my country.
Seeing the agony of the ignorant will soon be the only liberation left here in U.S.S.A…
The powers are reserved to the states.
Instead of a million man march on Washington, how about a one hundred thousand man march on every State Capital. I would be ecstatic in doing my part of standing at the steps of the Capitol Building in my state with a large force demanding that my State Governor kick the Federal Government out of my state.
I am not talking about a light kick. I am talking about ridding my state totally of the Federal Government.
I would be willing to stand armed at my state border to play my part in preventing the Federal troops from entering in retaliation.
Article I. Section 8. of the Constitution allows the Federal Government to occupy certain properties in a state for the purpose of protecting that state and the country from foreign invasion. This absolutely does not provide the Federal Government the power to set up any type of police action within a state other than to maintain the Federal Governments limited Constitutional powers. There is no legal interpretation needed here, it is written in plain English.
Congratulations Texas, you seem to get the fact that you are a sovereign state.
And Montana, WOW, congratulations. Governor Brian Schweitzer has signed into law a bill that aims to exempt Montana made guns from federal regulation, adding firepower to a battery of legislative efforts to assert states’ rights across the nation. “It’s a gun bill, but it’s another way of demonstrating the sovereignty of the state of Montana”, Democrat Schweitzer said.
Because the laws apply only to those guns that are made, sold and remain in Montana, its effect is limited.
“What we need here is for Montana to be able to handle Montana’s business and affairs,” bill sponsor Republican Joel Boniek, a wilderness guide from Livingston, told fellow lawmakers during the bill’s House debate.
My apologies to you, Texas and Montana, that the rest of us aren’t convincing their respective states to step up to the plate and follow your example, yet.
I feel sorry for both states since they probably are afraid of going with a “total kick out plan” because of reprisals and so far they have no support from other states.
And stop thinking that what these two states are doing is seceding from the Union.
Throwing the Federal Government out of a state is not secession; it is purely exercising that state’s Constitutional right.
The states are limited by Article I, Section 10 in that they cannot join in an alliance with other states and start their own country. They can, however, demand that the Federal Government release their unconstitutional hold on their own state.
The other 48 wimpy, afraid of the Federal Government, states are content in getting their regular doses of 30 pieces of Silver.
And a side note here. Just recently it is been heard that this Governor Brian Schweitzer has Obama ties. If this turns out to be some ploy, maybe to get the state’s rights into Supreme Court purely to destroy the Constitution, then I say the Governor of Montana best be looking over his shoulder. This, in my opinion, would be Treason and would need to be dealt with accordingly. But patience and see what shakes out here.
As for me, I will be retired in about 6 ½ years (hope my freedoms hold out that long, it’s looking doubtful). After that I will be selling all of my U.S. properties and possessions (those that the U.S.S.A. doesn’t take from me in the interim) and will be moving to the mountains of the Philippines where I will enjoy a self-sustained life of growing my own food, raising my own livestock, drinking great beer (I may even give Balute a try) and laughing at the world which had such a bright past and such a dim future.
My only fear is that while I still breathe, this tyranny that has infested the greatest country ever in human existence will also infest the Philippines to the point that the option of living there freely will no longer be open.
