Actually the letter is a bit out of date on the issues now, but it still exhibits the way I feel that most of our Congress deserves to be talked to.

I would rather see those that support a United States Dictatorship to send their support to Congress than I would want to see those that prefer to keep the US.A. a free nation keeping their mouth shut.

 

  

Do your American, Free, Constitutional duty and communicate with your Representatives and your Senators.

This letter is being sent on a mass scale to our representation in Washington. “We the People” of The Republic of The United States of America are pleading for the last time with our “Representation” in Washington to wake up and to do their constitutional duties.

 

  

“We the People” are pleading with our “Representation” in Washington to read the Constitution again (or first time) and understand its meaning in that the United States of America is a Republic and to start representing the people as such.

 

  

“We the People” are pleading with our “Representation” in Washington to understand the duties they were entrusted with when they were elected into service “of the people”.

 

  

“We the People” are pleading with our “Representation” in Washington to recognize that our constitution has been thrown in the trash can and we plead that it be pulled back out and restored in its entirety.

 

  

Our Tenth Amendment has been stomped on for approximately the last one hundred and twenty years and now, through many current events, the Federal Government has opened a floodgate that has woken up, and is still waking up, many sleeping Americans across this great land.

 

  

The floodgate is opened and “We the People” are not stopping until every unconstitutional Federal law in existence is repealed and our Republic is returned to the American People as was initially constructed by our founding fathers.

 

  

All laws and powers that do not concur with the Tenth Amendment need to be returned to each of the States to decide and govern as the Tenth Amendment commands.

 

  

If you don’t believe that the Constitution of the United States needs to be restored in its entirety and if you don’t believe that every federal law put into place that doesn’t conform to the Tenth Amendment needs to be appealed and nullified immediately, then there is no reason for you to continue reading this letter. This letter is not for you, your political career is already over.

 

  

Recognize that the Federal Government will leave our children alone, and speak out now, or your career is the least of your worries.

 

  

Recognize that the Federal Government will leave our food supply alone, and speak out now, or your career is the least of your worries.

 

  

Recognize that King Obama has not the Constitutional power to shut down our internet for “an emergency” and speak out now.

 

  

If you believe that “We the People” are totally against our country getting into any more wars, especially North Korea and Iran, stand up and speak out now.

 

  

If you are in agreement that the Constitution of the United States has been grossly diminished by an overpowering, treasonous Federal Government, then stand up now and say so.

 

  

If you are in agreement that you need to be fighting to shrink the Federal Government’s power over our lives back to a Constitutional level, then stand up now and say so.

 

  

If you are in agreement that the bonuses to AIG are none of our business, that giving the money to AIG in the first place was a crime, then stand up now and say so.

 

 

If you are in agreement that the bailouts in general are criminal and unconstitutional, then stand up now and say so.

 

 

If you are in agreement that all of the entities that received bailout funds, who had non-realistic business plans, needed to fail and reset themselves through legal channels, then stand up now and say so.

 

 

You need to take action now while you may still have a chance to save your political career.

 

 

President Obama has already in his short occupation of the office of President, broken his oath to protect the Constitution. President Obama has declared himself dictator. At this time President Obama may not have committed an impeachable offense, but the writer of this letter is not a lawyer and doesn’t know the boundaries of treason. President Obama is proposing many pieces of legislature that are totally out of the range of his legal obligation.

 

 

President Obama has no constitutional power to order the firing of Rick Wagoner and definitely has no constitutional power to order the merging of Chrysler with a foreign owned entity.

 

 

President Obama has no constitutional power to order the cutting in half of the GM advertising budget.

 

 

It is your job, as our legal voice in law making, to oppose all of these propositions. It is also your job to initiate the appropriate legislation to repeal ALL unconstitutional Federal laws and return the Federal Government to its original constitutionally intended state.

 

 

The printing of money must stop and it must stop now. Institutions that have not had a viable working business plan must be left to fail and reset no matter how big they are. That is the genius of the Free Market system that has worked for eons.

 

 

YES, this means that the auto industry needed to go bankrupt, get out of their contracts and rebuild from there. Their business plans haven’t and cannot succeed. Throwing money at them and unconstitutionally taking these industries over is not at all what the TAXPAYERS that you REPRESENT want you to do. Stop spending our children’s money to impress the welfare recipients and to impress the bleeding heart liberals just to keep you reelected.

 

 

If you are a liberal and feel that “We The People” need the Federal Government to save us from ourselves, you have no idea how hard of a fight you are about to enter. You have no idea how short the rest of your political career is going to be.

 

 

If you value your career, you will stop any of your support of the policies that are destroying this country as our parents knew it, you need to read the constitution and follow it exactly as it is written.

 

 

If you value your career, you will stop signing laws without reading them and you will do everything in your power to repeal the ones you have signed that you didn’t read and have become law.

 

 

If you value your career you will vote no on all bills given you without enough time to read. Vote no regardless of what the main issue the bill is for. If you don’t have time to read and comprehend every word you are signing into law, than it is your Constitutional duty to vote no.

 

 

We The People are about to brandish a heavy sword, a peaceful sword albeit but a heavy sword. We are going to fight you in the ways the Constitution allows us to fight you against its destruction.

 

 

We are organizing in peaceful, constitutional groups. We are educating the people in understanding that the best part of their lives, as they know it, are the direct result of the constitution. We are educating these people so they know that: our elected officials are full of greed for power; our elected officials want to change the constitution; our elected officials are going to change the lives of the people in ways that the people don’t want them changed.

 

 

We are educating the people to rise out of their despondent lives and stop those individuals before it is too late.

 

 

And the best part is that we are educating the people in understanding that the hoopla over who is President is over. We are educating the people that their real power in Washington is in the Congress and that the real power in Washington is that the people have the power to fire their Congress people on a regular schedule.

 

 

Do the right thing. Get Nancy Pelosi out of her queen’s chair. She is as unconstitutional as they come (example, telling the House that if they didn’t vote for the stimulus bill that she was going to revoke vacation time, this marks her as a criminal). Start voting down any law that gives more power to the Centralized Federal Government, they are 100% unconstitutional.

 

 

Expose those that threatened Martial Law if the Porkulus Bill wasn’t signed.

 

 

If you value a future career in politics I recommend that you start becoming a constitutionalist, otherwise you are about to see the power of the people when they are backed into the corner. We are taking names and we are about to wage campaigns that will make Acorn look like a pizza fart compared to Mount St. Helena.

 

 

We are all sitting on a powder keg that has a shorter fuse everyday. There is more and more talk everyday about organizing and marching on Washington and taking back this country by force.

 

 

Luckily there are enough of us level headed citizens that have made it their full time job to keep these people at bay. Luckily there are enough of us level headed citizens that are convincing the others that there is a Constitutional way out of this corruption.

 

 

Luckily there are enough of us level headed citizens that know that if this powder keg explodes, it will be the end of the U.S.A. The level headed citizens realize that there are many countries out there right now waiting for our country to destroy itself from within. These other countries are perched with watchful eyes ready to swoop in and grab up a piece of the prize of a broken America.

 

 

If the threat of outside forces was not there, we’d already be stationed outside of Congress with every piece of artillery we could muster. And trust the idea that if this unconstitutional Federal Government we have in place right now continues; if this unconstitutional Federal Government tries to turn this country into Russia or by what we are seeing now, even worse; then this country is going to see guillotine factories spring up all across the landscape because “We The People” are not going to let this unconstitutional Federal Government continue down the unconstitutional path of destroying our freedoms and then live to enjoy the bounty of its destruction.

 

 

But thanks to the genius of our founding fathers there is a peaceful way out of this mess.

“We the people of the United States of America” here do decree that all those in Washington that have been hired by the people to represent the people, have until September 12, 2009, to stand up; to announce their support for the United States Constitution; to blow the whistle on all of there colleagues who are bent on the destruction of individual freedoms and constitutional law and there colleagues who are bent on a one world government.

 

 

The date of September 12, 2009 has been chosen because of Glen Beck’s project to pull all of his listeners together. I am hoping that The Restore the Republic organization will decide to join that force and be part of that project. Our hope is that all Patriotic groups show their support on this day.

 

 

On Sept 12, a loud voice will be heard all across this great land and those in Washington who choose to turn a deaf ear will politically pay a dear price.

 

 

All of those members of Congress that decide to continue their political lives in the deceptive paths of the past have a new awaking coming to them.

 

 

All of you in Washington need to know where you made the biggest mistake, it was AIG. You not only threw these people under the bus but you also put the bus into four wheel drive and drove over them. Then, if that wasn’t bad enough, you drove around the corner, found their families and drove the bus over them too.

 

 

You are given the next few months to repose, rethink your career and join our fight for freedom. If you choose not to join, we not only pity your career, we pity your families.

 

 

Iowa Senator, Chuck Grassley, spoke out against the AIG executives with a statement of “Resign or Commit Suicide”. This statement led to a media fed frenzy. Not one Congress Person that I know of has spoken out against this loss of rights imposed on the families of these executives by Mr. Grassley, in my opinion he has lost the right to be called Senator.

 

 

So let us let our intentions be perfectly clear. If agenda seeking, family frightening, is the United States that you want to live in, then so be it. Sit on your little thrones and keep making unconstitutional decisions, ignore the real Americans, and take the consequences.

 

 

Every one of the Congress People presently in Washington that do not stand up by September 12 and speak out against the destruction that is taking place to our country, to our Constitution, will be lucky if they can get a job sweeping a Wal-Mart parking lot after next Election Day.

 

 

We will destroy your career.

 

 

We will single you out on every corner, we will expose every little detail of your lives, we will surround your homes and we will scare your children. We will have retribution for the AIG families. This, we free loving Americans, devote our time to.

 

 

The patience I talked about above is that we have time to plan, connive and scheme. Oh how we enjoy the genius of the Constitution and the voting in and out of our Congress People.

 

 

And how we are going to enjoy our Wednesday night cocktail parties.

 

 

If you agree in becoming a constitutionalist, then stand up now and let your voice be heard. Our organization would be proud to have anyone join us that hasn’t been totally corrupted. If you disagree with what is written here, than you best start looking for a new job and maybe better yet, a new country.
